Custom furniture is a labor of patience, but we believe the wait is worth it. Our team will update you as needed on the build of your furniture. We will be upfront about lead times and will answer any questions about anticipated shipping dates and when we plan to deliver the furniture into your home. We work directly with you to coordinate a white-glove delivery window that fits your schedule and honors your space.

Where do you deliver?

We primarily serve our local community and the surrounding regions to ensure our "white-glove" standards are met. If you are outside our standard radius (60 miles), please reach out to see if we can coordinate a specialized delivery.

What is "White-Glove" delivery?

This means we don't just drop a box at your curb. Our team brings the furniture into your home, assembles it in the room of your choice, and removes all packaging materials so your sanctuary is ready to enjoy immediately.

How should I prepare for delivery day?

We ask that you clear a path from the entrance to the final destination and ensure the space is ready for your new piece. Our team is careful and respectful, but a clear workspace ensures the safest transition for your heirloom.

Do you offer old furniture removal?

 We work in partnership with Off the Streets Toledo and will take away pieces from your home that are a one-to-one match in build to what we deliver. For every one piece purchased, we will take one piece of furniture to a neighbor in need of furniture for their home.

Custom Fabrics & Seating

How long does a custom order take?
Quality takes time. While timelines vary, most custom builds from our American partners take between 6 to 8 weeks to be handcrafted and delivered to your home. Select brands take up to 10 weeks.
What is a "Performance Fabric"?

These are high-durability textiles engineered to be stain-resistant and easy to clean, allowing you to enjoy light, airy colors even in homes with kids and pets.

Can I change my mind after ordering?

We offer a 24-hour grace period for most custom upholstery orders before our workshops begin the cutting and tailoring process.

Solid Wood & Craft

How do I maintain the finish?

A soft, lint-free cloth lightly dampened with water is all you need. Avoid silicone polishes or harsh chemicals that can dull the hand-applied finish over time.

Does humidity affect my furniture?

Yes. Real wood "breathes." We recommend maintaining a home humidity of 35-45% to prevent the natural expansion and contraction of solid wood planks.

Why does the grain look different?

Every tree tells a story. Natural variations in grain and "mellowing" (color change over time) are the hallmarks of authentic American hardwoods.
